New crossfire
New crossfire
Just joined the forum guys. I am a student at the University of Georgia and hopefully, if all goes well, about to get my Crossfire. It will be a used 2004 crossfire, but I test drove it, and fell in love with it. If anyone can share any information or touch on the basics, how it rides, gas mileage, etc, it would be appreciated. Would love to hear from the veterans. Also, if you guys could, post pictures of your crossfires, or maybe there is a gallery here for that, I would like to get some ideas.

Re: New crossfire
Congratulations (we hope) and welcome to the family. Top tip: Start saving money for oil changes and tires now.
Hey, maybe we should start a sticky thread for things that new people to the family should know before they buy? Like... the engine is an MB engine and therefore everything costs more than you might be used to to repair/maintain. And... a lot of the other parts of the car are MB so they also cost more than you might be used to to repair/maintain. Or... Man, you'll never get tired of people asking you what that is and wanting to check it out. Or... the cupholder sucks. (let the flaming begin!). Or.... that there are three flavors (base, limited, and SRT-6 and the SRT-6 is the bad *** of the family) and coupe or convertible is a tough choice. Etc. etc. Or maybe we already have one and I forgot about it.
