Default just picked up my crossfire today!

New to the forum, just traded in my focus for a brand new 2007 base coupe. Sure I will have lots of questions in the days to come about winter tires. Never driven a stick before, so my next couple of weeks should be fun! I have a 80 mile commute to practice though.

Middleport, just between Buffalo and Rochester but I work in East Aurora. I plan to move to East Aurora so my commute should be 5-6 miles down the road.

Congrats from a one week owner of a "new" 2005 graphite limited 6-speed with 61 miles.

The shift and clutch action on these cars is very smooth and should be easy to learn on - especially with the 3.2 liter relatively high torque engine (no stalls at 1,800 revs like a small 4 cylinder). Remember to go easy during the break-in period.

How exciting!

Enjoy your new extended fam/friends. You will learn new things from some us, we will give **** and some will be sarcastic, some will be very positive and helpful, some will try to be funny (usually unsuccessfully).

The bottom line is that this is a great and generous group of individuals.

Try and meet some at GTG's.
