Default Time to say goodbye. It has been great.

Yes, I never thought it would happen, but I am trading in my beloved CF. What a wild ride it has been! I have finally found my dream BMW 325 convertible and am taking the opportunity. Now I can go out with my entire family with me. (still not sure if this is a plus).
Anyway, I will miss all of you here and I am sure I will miss the car also.
Before all of the questions start on what I might sell off the car, I am selling the Sprintbooster $200 delivered milder auto version. And yes my chrome factory wheels are available also. Newer Contis on them about 5,000 miles, perfect. $1,400. That's it.
Again, it has been great and all of you here have been great. Time to move on.

Steve

One leaves and 5 join. I do not see any unusual trends. Most that leave need a bigger car or their lease is over and they had their fun. But, I guarantee they will wish they still had that Crossfire today and moreso in 20 years. That is if it's an SRT6 and especially an SRT6 BLACK ROADSTER.

PS I have too much fun driving the XFIRE. NOT going anywhere. At least I hope not.

I wish you the best with your new car. I bet it will be fun.

Stay in touch with us. I would be interested in the wheels, but don't need the tires.

Ditto's to all previous. You'll have a great time with your BMW but you'll ALWAYS think "what if I had keep my crossfire".

Ahh, the decisions we make.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I am already having withdrawal and I still have the CF. I would say at some point I might be back. Especially given the dropping values of these cars. I am really getting more upset as I think about what I let this car go for. $14K Ouch.
But I am getting a very good price on the new car. But I started thinking, these guys are just going to send this car to the auction. They told me this. So today I spent some time removing some pieces that I paid decent money for that they wouldn't care if they were there or not.

So here is an updated list of things for sale.

1. Sprint Booster is gone.

2. Chrome wheels and Conti Tires 5,000 miles $1,400. Lots of interest no commitments yet.

3. Like new charcoal mats with the Chrysler logo embroidered $50

4. Wheel spacers to push the wheels out a bit farther for that wide look. Includes longer wheel bolts. Same ones that Andrew has on his car. $180

5. Chrome front grill. Actually just the three pieces that cover the factory grill. Real nice shape. $130

6. Owners manual and black vinyl holder. (the auction doesn't need it) $20 delivered.

7. Set of headlights in perfect shape. No fog. $300. (remember I recently upgraded my nose with the SRT bumper and new headlights and fog lights) These are beautiful. I wish I could take the bumper off. I would sell that too.

I think that is it.

I am going to miss this car.

Oh I know you are right Andrew. I was just a little upset because the manual for the BMW is missing and the seller told me to go to a BMW dealer and get it. Nice.

Are the headlights the same for the SRT? I have a broken clip which causes the headlight to shake/wobble when you hit a bump.
