Default Tilt steering

Hi,
I am considering this great car but haven't found one to test drive since I live in the sticks. My only concern is because of my short arms I always have the tilt steering all the way down in my Sebring convertible.

Please advise and thanks,
Ed

the crossfire has a telescopic steering wheel instead of tilt. you have to pull a release below the steering wheel and it allows it to be moved toward you or closer to the dash.

The telescopic steering wheel pulls out about 4 inches or so, maybe a little less. The seat has a lot of adjustment in it too, so you may have a great fit! The Crossfire is an awesome machine that is about 80% Mercedes, 20% Chrysler, and the prices are pretty darn good for what you are getting.

I doubt you'll have any issues reaching the steering wheel.
I wish I could move it further away from me.

With all the adjustability of the steering wheel and the seat, I think you could steer with your elbows if you wanted to. Hmmm, not a bad idea now that I think of it... That will give you 2 free hands to mess with the fake cup holder...

Thanks for the replies. Does the seat adjust vertically? That would do the trick.

No, it don't adjust that way, but it's still pretty darn comfy! About the cup holder... Don't ever, ever, never use a styrofoam cup. It would be a very bad thing... Holes in the cup in a nano second. Just the way the cup holder is made. LOL.
Drive a Crossfire, then let us know what color you bought. I think you will love it!!

Actually the base coupes seats adjust manually (only drivers side, but who cares about the other seat) with the handle on the side of the seat. 06 base coupe.

I hate to differ with BPP, but the seat does have a vertical adjustment of sorts.

You can raise the rear of the seat AND the front of the seat. If you alternate raising them both, you end up with some degree of vertical rise.

I need new glasses here. Sorry, but I miss read the post. I was thinking seat belt shoulder height... Call me a dork like my wife does... If you get an electric seat, you can adjust the height on the drivers side, but not the passenger side. The base model comes with manual seats that just go forward and back. Sorry for my earlier reply. It's been a long day...

Base model seats also have adjustable lumbar; limited does not.
