I don't know if we are talking about the same dealer but DARCARS was formerly Courtesy Jeep Chrysler, which way-back-when bought out Maryland Motors. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with their service department. I've been going for about 3 years for all three of my cars (XF, Pacifica, and Sebring Convertible) and have never had a problem. Everything has been fixed when promised and I've never had to take a car back to have something re-done. With extended warranties, in three years I've given them a total of $5 for replacing a fuse and only once did I have to pay $35 for a rental car; all other times they have provided rentals under the warranties. Not that any of my cars have needed much service.
