air filter housing

air filter housing

Has anyone tried putting a MERCEDES air filter housing (M112) on a Crossfire? Will they fit and function? Would there be clearance issues for the hood etc.?

Is the M112 for the V8?
If it is, I think one forum member has done it, and he liked it.

The Mercedes M112 is the V-6 engine used in the crossfire !

Check out my gallery and see if that's the housing you're talking about. If so its a straight and simple swap.

Filters are the same, in fact the new cover will come with 2. I've replaced mine with the K&N's though. Just found my post with all the #'s. Go to page 4 and read my post. https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...r+intake+cover
