Didn't know about that. So, would that mean I can request the dealer get me the radio with the newer, brighter screen? Mine completely washes out during the day.

Best features...hmmm, let me think...

I think... I like that the roof goes up and down. That's way cool.

That's what I've read on this forum. Do a search under radio and you should find the TSB. My question is does a TSB apply to the original owner or does it go along with the car? My XF has over 40K miles but it still has one of the "wash out radio screens." I also have an extended warranty that covers just about everything. Would the TSB apply to me? I guess I should just check with my dealer.

its supposed to when you lock the doors with your key FOB, the same way your gas tank lid locks.

When my doors auto lock and I'm driving I've noticed the glove box is locked. I've gone to retrieve CD's in the glovebox while driving and I can't.

Strange. Now I'll have to pay closer attention to when and how it locks.

Don't think it should auto lock, but if you lock with key FOB it will.

So that the SLK owners would stop complaining that the XF is the same car. LOL.

I have SRT6. Glove box is not suppose to autolock
but the console does. I tried mine and it is locked
when key fob used.

I would love if the xfire had a digital speedo like the rx8 or s2000. That would be pretty nifty.

I'm not sure I agree. The Xfire has very retro styling - electronic junk would be out of place. The silver rimmed analogue gauges are perfect.

I wish the XF had a heads-up display like my friend's vette.
