Anyone else feel this way?
Anyone else feel this way?
OK I'm a new owner and am crazy about my crossfire! When I bought it my feeling was "keep it nice, baby it, and don't take it to the extreme". All of this was fine and well except maybe the last part! While awaiting my cleaning products this weekend I decided to just take the XFire out and see what she could do! I can't believe in the 3 weeks I have owned this car I have not done this sooner? I was amazed at her acceleration in 3rd and 4th around the 2,500 - 3,500 rpm range and loved her cornering. I am just wondering, am I alone here? Did anyone else buy this car saying "very nice" then take her out and say "Hell Yeah". Yes I'm embarrassed that after three weeks I finally opened her up, don't know what I was thinking!
Any similar feelings?

It happened to me too... but I didn't wait to long to see what she'd do.
Often people tell me I have a great car. My automatic reaction is to say "The more I drive it, the more it grows on me."
I honestly didn't know what I bought. I thought I bought a nice little sports car... but I didn't.

Same feeling here...
Bit by bit I learn that my sweet XF can handle more than I think.
Each time I take a ride through my town, I always increase my speed to check how she handles the "daily" corner and each time I have a smile.
With my XF I dare more than with my last car which was a Porsche 993, that was a dangerous but fun car also, but I was more careful because the Porsche was unpredictable, especially in rainy days...
Cheers.

I feel bad for you guys. I met two other Crossfire's yesterday and we all took a drive through the country to go get lunch. It was about 60 and sunny, A really nice day. And btw, Every time I drive my car it gets better and better.
