Recommended Washington DC area Chrysler dealership?
Recommended Washington DC area Chrysler dealership?
Do any members of this forum who reside in the Washington DC area have (for their service needs) a preferred dealership in the area (MD suburbs or Northern VA)? Looking for a service dept. that is reputable, thorough, and doesn't take advantage of women.
I now know that picking one out of the phone book or deciding based on which one is open on Saturday is an exceedingly poor method.
Thanks!

Manassas Chrysler is where I got mine and the service has been pretty good. I've had them do oil changes that are on the low end of what others are paying (about $90 with tax) and they changed my brake pads to the low dust Rotex Gold pads.
Which dealer are you having problems with?

I agree with patpur Courtesy in Rockville... mines there right now getting the A/C checked along with the rear brakes. They have been good so far, I've been to 3 other dealers and Courtesy is the best one and there were 3 other crossfire's in there when I dropped mine off. I deal with Gus Arndt his direct line is 301-354-0271. I just saw Dave (sennaspirit) there yesterday when I dropped mine off.
Here's a link to there service department:

04 Fire, the dealership I took it to couldn't do an alignment due to wheel size (too big for their machine). Recommended a tire store for this purpose. Started a whole downward spiral. I think dealerships should be able to do standard services on the cars they sell. Next time (B Service) I will definitely try the one you recommended.

I'm talking with the general manager tomorrow as they said they would look into the matter and get back to me, ya right!
And they still didn't fix any of my problems the A/C still does what it wants, and there is still a rather loud clicking noise coming from the rear of the car when reversing slowly. The only thing they could tell me on the A/C was that "maybe it's suppose to do that". And of course they couldn't duplicate the clicking noise.
I guess no Crossfire is safe in the hands of Chrysler...
If it gets better I'll be sure and post back.
