2007 Crossfire
Sounds like the Crossfire is coming back to the states for '07.

Re: 2007 Crossfire
After the large discounts that have been offered to move the left over 05's, who in their right mind would even consider paying MSRP for an 07'? If you ask me, the Crossfire is a three ring cluster duck all in one ring the way it's been marketed and sold.
That's just my .02 for whatever it's worth...

Re: 2007 Crossfire
This is great news! I was concerned about having an orphan. There may be plenty of parts and accessories today, but imagine 3 or 4 years down the line. It's also nice to know that the '06 is being marketed in Europe. I agree with the horrible marketing. I've already seen more coverage of the Saturn Sky, which is just out, than I've seen of the Crossfire.
By the way...did anyone notice that a Crossfire Roadster appears in an episode of Monk? I didn't notice when the episode originally aired...but I couldn't miss it in the re-run. Some poor fellow had his hand crushed in the driver's door.

Re: 2007 Crossfire
DC missed marketing the Crossfire completely from the beginning. They believed "car people" would buy the car because it was a beautiful design put on a Benz chassis and running gear. Limited availability to keep price up. Not many sold. VERY limited marketing. Only really heard about vehicle in car magazines. Tried moving vehicles with deep discounts. Pissed off buyers whom bought when car first came out. Now this. 2007 will probably be the last year for the car. Isn't the five year contact with Karmann up then?
