Lemon My Crossfire
Lemon My Crossfire
Guys I need help with my crossfire. I have taken my crossfire in for the check engine light and also for engine trying to stall at low idles. I have told my dealership to update the pcm software but they said, i don't need one over and over again. So i have decided to try to lemon my crossfire. I called chrysler themselves they are unable to help. They told me that they cant do anything until my dealer finds a problem. I am tired of running around for this. I bought my car in 2004 in washington state.
Re: Lemon My Crossfire
Don't know what the law is in Washington but in NY you have to show a set number of Service appointments, for the same complaint, within a specific period of time. 2004 sounds like you might have passed that time period (at least in NY). You have to contact the State as to your particular Lemon Law. You can't expect Chrysler to tell you how to dump a car in their laps and expect a new one or a buy out. You'll need MUCHO documentation as to every appointment you made and their inability to remedy the problem. It does work in well documented cases. I have a very "particular" friend that happens to be a mechanic and if his new cars aren't perfect he makes the dealers life a living hell. He's already done at least 2 Lemon Law cases and won. Good luck.
