I live in a large city in Northern California (San Jose). I rarely see one at all. There is a black one I see now and then. The silver window frame has been painted black and it had chrome wheels. A friend of mine (Rabbitroodle who resides in San Jose) has an SSB convertible. As soon as it stops raining (been raining for a month now), she and I are getting our XF together and have a wash/detail day! We are both **** when it comes to keeping our rides clean.

Once in a great while, I will spot a graphite and a red one, but that's about it. Very scarce indeed.

 

Happy Easter everyone. I guess Northern Jersey is where all the Crossfires hangout. I see at least one or two every week. Today alone I saw a black roadster at Fort Lee, a black base coupe at Edgewood and every now and then I see an alabaster roadster on PNC bank parking lot on Leonia. Oh, and plus my black base coupe.

 

I parked next to a white coupe at Target last night in Philly on the blvd.
I was going to leave a note on the car pointing to this site but it was gone when I came out of the store.
Was it anyone here?

 

It has to be Miami Beach. I was there for a week, and I literally didn't go a day without seeing at least 8-10. I couldn't believe it.

I have only seen one in the Indianapolis area, but I only lived there for the first year they were out. Recently I moved to Detroit, and people tell me they see them everywhere... Mostly in the Auburn Hills area, as was mentioned before, but I have only seen 3 (including mine) on the road that I can remember.

I just recently purchased a XF last weekend, so if its anything like my Jeep was, I am sure I will start to notice more of them on the roads.

 

I travel quite a bit and over the past year I would say I have seen the greatest number of Crossfires in and around Detroit. Southern California was second. I live in Southeastern PA and only see another Crossfire about once a month (but I'm not home that much).

 

Not too many out there in Chicago...see maybe about 4 xfires a month, which I kind of like...get a lot of looks and compliments, the fewer the better I think.

i would have to guess new jersey, we have 3 of them alone in my neighborhood. silver roadster, black coupe, and mine a black roadster. i see at least 3 or 4 per day. but then again i happen to live in the most overcrowded state...chuck

p.s. but then again compared to other vehicles, the xfire is still a rare bread and i like it that way.

 

Here in Phoenix I only see one or two a month. I usually follow a white coupe to work almost every day.

 

I've probably seen about a dozen in my area which is north of DC since I got mine last July. Funny thing is that two of the ones I've seen were filthy. One had Florida plates. I couldn't tell whether it was silver or metallic blue but the drivers side front fender was wrecked. I don't understand people who by a beautiful car and then trash it? I don't get it.

here in orlando there are at least 5 in my neighborhood and i see on a daily basis at least 4 to 5 crossfires other than mine.
