Default Totalled Salvage Crossfires

General question here about "totalled Crossfires". I occasionally surf the salvage yard websites for incidental parts and to just see whats out there. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that 80 to 90 percent of the salvage yard xfires all seem to have front end damage. Do we have inherent braking problems with our cars?, or is it purely coincidental? I realize that detailed studies would have to take place for each vehicles accident report, but is anyone aware of such a study ever being conducted by the NHTSA for Crossfires or SLK's too for that matter?
Happy and safe motoring this Holiday weekend to all.

I would attribute the number of front end totals to Crossfire and SLK drivers being a bit overly aggressive, like tailgating too close in an effort to pass.
( just cause you CAN pass, don't mean you need to. Relax and enjoy the ride )
