Re: Crossfire Roadster - Only 1471 Miles
Each time I think someone has found the lowest mileage Crossfire available another is posted.
Yellow is the perfect color for a roadster and that is the perfect interior for yellow. Hard to equal this find.
It is a 100 mile round trip for me but if a fellow enthusiast is seriously interested and has done their homework on it, I
offer to do a hands on visual inspection.

Re: Crossfire Roadster - Only 1471 Miles
Know of one with less miles for a lower price?
Last year when I bought my 2006 S-Type 4.2 Jaguar the fact it had only 11,000 miles on it added value to me above any book I could find. It was the same when I bought my nearly 10 year old 1981 Lotus Elite with less than 4,000 miles.
But maybe it is just me.

P.s. what's it worth when the new buyer puts 15-20k miles on it

It's black, with dark grey cloth seats, black, grey and silver interior. It looks brand new, obviously garaged more then driven, although that will change now! Since i purchased i have had to replace the tires (they were 10 years old and belts were separating. and just 4 days ago the rear window came unglued and fell out. I glued it back in with 3M Window Weld and you can't even tell it was ever repaired. really came out nice. I have seen some photos on this site of sloppy window repairs done by so called professional shops and i am glad i took the time to do it myself. Total investment in materials = $30. Time= 2 HRs.
Also, I had some hazing of the headlight plastic covers. I used a product called Novus 1 (fine scratch remover for plastic) to polish them and it removed the UV hazing so they look brand new. This product is great and does not require any masking of paint, nor sanding with various grits to get a clean finish. The car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I will post some pic in the couple of days.
