If I had more garage space, I'd be all over this. Best of luck.

I'd have to sell my SSB coupe to buy yours and then given I've relinquished ownership of my other car to my son now, I'd still have to buy another utility car. May be too much manuvering to manage right now.

Also, do you have the stock grills?

Not intending to offend, but the value indicators for this car, even with the very low miles, outstanding condition, etc. are between 12,500 and 14,500. I would feel it would be worth more as well but it's a tough market. Best of luck. The car is beautiful and while I would love to ............

Yes, I know, the book value is poor but I don't think you would be able to buy one for that, unless people start giving them away. I have already had an offer of $15k from a dealer, so obviously they think they could sell for more ........ and I would like someone who appreciates these cars to have it.
I do have the stock grill and engine cover

$12.500 is stupid.
How is KBB supposed to place a value on a car when there was only 900 of them ever built in the whole world?
Who knows how many are left now.
People will travel across the country to get their hands on one.
Dave's car is worth $21K all day long. $17.5 is a steal.

That aero blue one in Tulsa that pizzaguy and I looked at had to have gone for around the 20K they were asking. Just a matter of holding out long enough for the right buyer. And before that, there was the one in Kansas that went to the doctor in Chicago.. Climate controlled storage.. eat off the top of the pumpkin car.. 25K if I'm not mistaken.

I agree..............and fully support it as a good / very fair price. People who know and appreciate these cars will pay it as long as they are capable and timing is right for them. I'd certainly hate for it to go to a dealer but if know one jumps in, it will go for $15,000 to a dealer. Hopefully a forum member will grab it at that or more rather than have it go to market that way..........

[QUOTE=PNA;743690]I will pay it as long as they are capableQUOTE]

That seems to be the trick is finding someone with the money.
Mine's going into AutoTrader to reach a wider audience. EBay's another idea.

That car is worth 17,500 all day long. Wait for the right buyer. If it ends up going for 15k, I will find a way to buy it.

Agreed.
If anything he is asking low.

Wish I could be the right buyer

Well .............after several tries to sell one or the other 6's I finally decided to sell the coupe, and was happy. Then lo and behold I saw a C6 Grand sport for very reasonable money, so the vert went for sale. I priced it so I could sell it quick, and hopefully to a Crossfire afficianado, so I won't have to deal with the uninformed questions. Maybe people think it's too cheap ?
I had a guy look at last weekend, who was at best a 'tire kicker', and all he wanted was a test drive, wanted a full mechanics report ( it's got 8300 mls and a warranty .... )
Anyway I have a crossfire owner from Washington/Arizona coming to look at it Sunday, so hopefully he is the one, and it will have a new home soon ............
I still love these cars, and if it wasn't for the Vette, I'd be keeping it ................

What do you like about the c6? Is it a manual?

And if it wasn't for the current economy, I'd be buying it. It is exactly the version I want. Including the tasteful "Bling"

Crumpy and i want to go down to one Crossfire. I want a stickshift vert, she wants an auto SRT. SooooooooIf I could sell quick maybe.

But then I drive the 6 spd home and find reluctance. I cannot let go of it.

Or we go on a trip in the Coupe and she points out all the room for her stuff.

The C6 is an auto with paddle shift. They are giving them away now with the C7 coming out. I had a vette before and after nearly 7 years of crossfire ownership I thought it was time for a change

I may be interested in buying the car but I have several questions. Would it be possible to email you or the private message thing?
