FS: GGM 2005 SRT-6 Coupe only 9,000 miles!
SOLD!!!! GGM 2005 SRT-6 Coupe only 9,000 miles!
After only 4 months of ownership, I’m putting my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire SRT-6 finished in Graphite Grey Metallic up for sale. An opportunity has come up for my wife and I to purchase a newer home in about a year and I want to sell the crossfire to free up some cash for a down payment.
I purchased this crossfire from a forum member in New Jersey at the beginning of March, and the car is now located in Minnesota. At the time of purchase the car had roughly 7,950 original miles; the car currently has 8,960 miles. I did trailer the car back from NJ so the miles are from me driving around this summer, not the trip back. The car is basically stock except for K&N air filters the previous owner installed. Also I removed the resonator and rear converters in the exhaust to give it that powerful sound these motors make! I also had 3M clear protectant film installed on the hood, front bumper, side mirrors, door edges and behind the rear wheels to protect it from rock chips. Everything else is stock.
I changed most of the fluids when I got it back from NJ, this included: Engine oil with Mobil 1 Delvac 5w40, Transmission fluid with factory Chrysler Crossfire ATF, Rear differential fluid with Mobil 1 SYN 75w90 gear lube. I also sucked out the brake fluid reservoir and put fresh DOT4 fluid back in and sucked out the power steering reservoir and filled with Pentosin power steering fluid. I fully clay bared and waxed the exterior of the car as well when I got the car home from NJ, so it is very smooth and shiny now!
The only two things that keep this car from what I would call “perfect factory condition” are: three of the wheels have very minor curb rash from the previous owner. Also, the previous owner had a Sirius Satellite radio installed shortly after he purchased the car and the installer actually screwed the bracket to the dash right under the ignition. I have since uninstalled the Satellite radio components since I’d rather listen to the engine than pay to listen to the radio, but the car is now left with four small holes in the dash. I still have all the components if a buyer would ever want to reinstall it. I will include it with the car if wanted. Other than that the car is in very good condition, inside and out! I’m asking $19,500 for the car, I feel this is a fair price for the car with the very low miles and good shape it’s in, except for the two minor things that keep it from being “factory condition.” I’m willing to talk about reasonable offers but for now $19,500 is what I’m asking. I have more pictures available in my gallery for all to see.
