I think when you sign in and tell them Crossfire International it will all be the same.

Phil, I understand what you are saying.........but, as serious as this thing has gotten, I wouldn't dare mis-represent myself. I know that this will work itself out eventually but there are just too many 'ruffled feathers' right now and some of us need to plan accordingly. I will definitely see you there unless this thing gets really ugly.

NOTICE:

If you are with the club and book a room please PM me the room type and the date of your arrival.

If you are interested in a room, and have not joined the club yet, please PM me. It is important that you PM me if interested - we have a certain number of rooms blocked and if we need to increase the size of the block we must be made aware. The earlier the better.

Obviously, since this contract is with CICCI, precedence will be given to club members first and then to nonmembers.

We will likely open up remaining rooms mid. February.

Reservations under the club name will be closely monitored and subject to final approval by the club.

Lorne, I see that you are a member of CICCI. Go to the thread in that forum " All Chrysler and Mopar Nationals July 9-12, 2009" Frank

If anyone is interested but it's too far to drive, and you can fly there. I'd be very happy and willing to provide the local transportation. I'm sure others that are attending sole, would do the same.

To our committee. In 2007 a tent was rented by a Member for Carlisle. Some of us chipped in $10 bucks to help with his cost. Has anyone thought of this for 2009. I would gladly put my $10 in ,It gets d_m hot there sometimes.. I forget how much he paid but $10 per car or less would cover it I am sure. Think about it guys. Lorne
