Might as well start our list for next year, The Nationals will be held July 10 - 12.
Some of you might think its early, before you know it it will be here again.

If it's one room, is it for your BF?

I have been back and forth on the phone and laptop with Holiday inn every other day since the Nats. They are trying to work out an "appropriate" discount. Especially since I sent them the twenty plus people listed on them forum as potential customers. And because I told them the "club" is considering having our annual dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel. Holiday Inn will provide a quote by the end of next month. They were very impressed with the list of members that have already committed to attending the show and staying at Holiday Inn. I think we might get a better deal than I anticipated. Keep your wallets crossed. I'll let everyone know as soon as I know. Thanks for your patience. Chas

P.S. If possible can each confirmed member please "PM" or email me their (and their guest) government name (and email address) at the request of Hoilday Inn. Thanks. CAK. ichon@comcast.net

Just to update you guys................The Hotel is currently changing their owner/management status and have not forgotten about us their just waiting for the dust to clear to giveus a decent rate. Their original offer was $97.99 for the club members but I stated we would take our thirty plus members to another hotel. They ask me what would be reasonable and I countered with $55.00. So we're getting close to probablly finishing at or near $75.00. I will keep you poted as soon as the new management takes over I will post the final answer.
