To register for the show for two days is $40.00 total and that admits two people both days. Regular admission is $15.00 per day and parking ranges from $25-$45 if you dont want to walk 3 miles to get to the show grounds. My 1st year, 2000, I didnt register (had a 74 Duster) and it cost me $30 bucks to get in for my daughter and I and $35 to park four blocks away. It's definitely wiser and less problematic to just register for the show and not attend the second day. You still save money.

 

OK, I'll register, and maybe even convince my wife to stay the whole weekend, I am listing XFI as my club, even though I am not a member (I intend to fix that as well), and it asks in the online registration for a promo code, is there a code that XFI is providing, and I just can't find it in all of the pages in this post?

Registered # 9838, I have a reservation at a marriott nearby, but I guess I shold cancel that and stay at the same hotel as the rest of the folks. I will work on that later in the week too BZ now.

 

OKay, I registered for the July event. My registration number is 9870. No room will be needed, since I will be there on Saturday only.....

Hey Scott dont wait too late to change your hotel choice. They're only holding a few for CICCI and the hotel is filling up quick.

 

I think meeting everyone at the Dragon convinced her.

 

I just called the hotel, and got a bimbo, every other word was "like". Shed didn't have a clue how to book a room, let alone what the CICCI was. Told me to call the manager tomorrow, I will do so. If no rooms are available, I have a room booked in a Marriott, but it's a ways from there.

 

OK, I finally read the whole thread, and found the right hotel. I booked my room there 2 queen beds for Saturday night only. Sorry there is a local show every Friday night, that I like to go to, and I don't like driving that late, we will leave Fredericksburg at 0600 and get there by 0900.

According to the gal I talked to there are 16 more rooms available in this block, so folks need to book!
