I few pics, just to keep it going. Think the pics are going to large, new camera. Still figuring out the software.

This year was great, enjoyed the show and the fellowship, you just can't beat a group of Crossfire people.
My vote is in for Holiday Inn Epress for next year, it would be nice to be closer to the show.

Count me in with Holiday Express, me and the Country Inn just don't seem to be on the same page. Or as the guy said in the movie "Cool Hand Luke", "What we have heeere is a failure to communicate ".

I am told next year we are coming up on Friday so count me in too. Did any of our party win anything this year? Didn't Chas win something last year?

Count me in for the Holiday Inn too. I hear they have a bar in the hotel - that will save Chas from following FP around. And give the rest of us a comfy place to hang out.

It looks like it's time to start a Carlisle 2009 thread.
Whoever is going to keep the list of members attending should start it so editing can be done throughout the year.
Sort of like "Silverfox" does with the Dragon thread...use the first 4 posts in the thread for announcements etc.
I have enjoyed following this one though.

I can only relay the same sentiments as everyone else. My wife and I truely had a wonderful weekend and it was a blast meeting all of you. As i said before when next years show comes around I will have had my car for more than 3 months and am going to try to get everyone out to my place on at least one of the nights. For as scared as my wife was that she was going to be with a bunch of car freaks all night (she hates how many times I ask if my car looks ok) she loved having a night out with you guys and I did as well. Can't wait until next year. Sorry but I will not be booking a room at the hotel as Casa del Bugg Domi is very comfortable.

just so you aren't dissapointed Tom, the motel in question is a Holiday Inn Express. They usually don't have a bar. But you will be a whole lot smarter after staying there.

Hey Gang...thanks for the pics!!! I sure missed being up there this year. It also looks as if the assigned spot was a lot better than last year. Counting down to '09!!

Hey Fireamx. Mike did you have trouble with your room at Carlilse AGAIN THIS YEAR. If it was not for bad luck you would have no luck at all. See you at Woodward. Lorne

Had a great time with all...

Next time I'll try to get down on Friday - so I can keep up with you all and get lost on Saturday night!

Acrispy1 - did you disconnect your battery yet?

Ray

OK I was wrong, it looks like the hotel Chas was talking about is a regular Holiday Inn, which does have a bar and a restaurant. So it is a win-win situation.

He was parked there when we showed up, he finally came back and moved it a couple hours later. He was supposed to have come back sooner, but must have lost track of time.
We missed ya Andrew, but it was kind of nice having the only Alabaster coupe there.
You really need to get another Crossfire. You know you want one.
