That's pretty easy for you to say when you aren't driving round trip from FL...! While that isn't the reason I'm unable to attend this year as stated earlier, it most definitely can be a determining factor for many.

Anyway Pat, I do hope to see you and all the others next summer. Just thought I would tug back on that chain you were yanking there.....

Dan - In your case gas would be an issue. I guess I should have limited my mini tirade to those of us in the states in and around PA. We should have enough to beat last years numbers and then some.
I know you wanted to be there and would be there if you didn't have another commitment. Consider my chain yanked!

This year we get the tent for free as we had 25 or more cars last year.

At the rate we are going this year, we will not get a free tent next year, but we will be able to rent it for $150.

Hopefully more forum members will join us at Carlisle for a great time!

I'd love to go, Carlisle is only about an hour and a half from here, but I have committments that weekend already. Booo!

So what's the deal with Carlisle? I know there are fairgrounds there, but is this a car show, or a race, or a vendor display? Do you rent hotel rooms or camp out in tents Folk-Festival style?

It about 65 acres of everything that has ever been Chrysler...and is all that you mentioned, except camping out folk festival style. Being that close, you should at least stop by for an hour or so...but then again, you would end up spending the day.

Anyway, make plans for next year...and I'll see you there.

I'm toying with this idea, I'm only about an hour from Carlisle, so my ouse is open to anyone in need of a stay. In a small town house though. A fricking hood lock sensor is between me and my Crossfire. The body shop says all the deer strike damage is fixed but I need this damn sensor before I get it back and no one seems to have it. plus the bodyshop was giving me a runaround it seems. Supposedly I get it back next week. We'll see.

Anybody going to the show interested in a set of regular crossfire luggage? I dont have the box anymore. Pics are in my gallery.
First I want it for $300 gets it. Otherwise I wont bring them down.
I bought a set of SRT luggage and need to recoup some of the cost.

Anybody else getting excited about this? I know I am.
It won't be long now, but it's still not too late to plan on coming...

I know I'm getting excited. I can't wait to see all of the Crossfires, and to let Tony do an ECU tune for me.

When are you planning to head down, Rick? Any plans to meet up with Mike and convoy down to Carlisle? I think FP might be interested in joining us too.

Also, who's getting an ECU tune from Tony (TVT_Designs)? If we can get 5 people we get a discount... hint hint hint...

Last time it was mentioned here was the list:
1. acrispy1
2. ichon
3. danimal (but didn't danimal say he couldn't make it this year?)
4. tom2112
5. ...?

I am planning on leaving Friday morning, whenever I meet up with you and Mike, FP and anyone else who wants to run over together
I am sure Mike will want to get an early start so he can make sure they have his room

Consider this an open invitation to anyone heading over to meeet up and caravan over
