Re: chrysler nationals in carlisle pa. 7.7.07
Anyone that's wants to do breakfast sat. morning. There is a restaurant called Mon Ami just a little bit down from the show entrance as if you are heading into the center of town. Good food for a really good price.

Fantastic day yesterday guys. Last year was great, this year was even better. Great to see familiar faces again, and all the new folks who could make it this year. This year i think we got to see a significant increase in modifications and in personal styles reflected in the cars, which i hope continues more and more.
I'd particularly like to thank JD and Andrew for all their efforts and making this a memorable day.
Cheers to all, off on Vacation, talk to you all next week.

Yep, if you missed this one, you will lay awake at night tossing and turning...
Morning started off at 03:30 at the Hollywood Firehouse for Tracy, Susan and I.
Then a nice drive to the Meeting Place for breakfast at the Waffle House.
Dave joined us for breakfast and afterwards we me with Pat in the Parking Lot.
NO VIPERS!!! We think they may have been scared since we were getting close to being the Majority???
Maybe they just met somewhere else this year...
Anyway Pat led the way to Carlisle and we had a nice ride through the countryside and arrived at Carlisle.
We got checked in and went to our reserved area...THE MOUNTAIN SIDE!!
We had 27 CROSSFIRES of all description except no Yellow or the NEW Beige Gold or whatever color it's called.
But the SRTs were definitely in force this time.
I didn't count but @ 50 CROSSFIRE Folks enjoyed the Show.
It was hot, but the breeze helped a lot and the tent was a GODSEND!!
The winners will be announced today and someone will furnish that information.
Everyone won their own memory of the event and that's the main prize anyone could receive.
A Special Thanks to ANDREW for all of his motivation is getting the attendance way up this year and for arranging the Hotel Reservations and for setting up Dinner on Friday night.
And also a Special Thanks to SENNASPIRIT for making the arrangements for our Dinner Saturday evening.
And also a Special Thanks to all those that contributed to Special Need that we enjoyed so much.
After the Event everyone went their own way and I got home (with the top down all the way) at 11:30.
REDCROSS is still sleeping!!!
Here are a few pics to enjoy...

Re: chrysler nationals in carlisle pa. 7.7.07
an outstanding event and get together among crossfire owners... the turn out was greater than expected... dinner friday evening was a success... the return drive... not so much... but quite scenic... i'm logistically challenged out of my territory.
it was very nice to reunite with enthusiasts from last year & wonderful to meet new crossfire owners this year.
i would like to express my appreciation, gratitude & thoughtfulness to redcross for the award he presented me ... what a great guy!!! in addition to all of his efforts put forth toward the event, preparation, including the tent, signage, etc...
you all are like an extended family.
pics soon to follow...

Wonderful show and it was great to meet some fellow Crossfire nuts, it was great to meet some people so passionate about "our car" and I must admit a bit of a "religious experience" to follow Andrew to the quarter car wash. Even if there was no soap. Looking forward to next year, we'll need to reserve our motel rooms early.

My friend Debbie and I had a fantastic time!
I really enjoyed getting to meet some of the forum people and having the opportunity to know them a liitle bit.
Everyone's XFire looked great!
I would like to thank J.D. for arranging the XFire get-together again, Andrew and Dave for arranging for Friday and Saturday nights dinners. Andrew for introducing me to window cleaning with metal polish, Tony and his wonderful wife for a good time, and Andrew again for allowing us to have a wonderful time touring the Pennsylvania countryside in the evening and enabling me to find out that my Garmin GPS unit really does work! (sorry about the shortcut through the "Bates" motel and I haven't stopped laughing yet).
And Andrew, BMW, or no BMW, you better be there next year!!

Thanks to all those who facilitated our meeting with the event management; the tent was a nice touch an the shade was definitely needed! If there is a collection to help cover the cost of that expense - say the word by PM.
Maybe next year we won't be sandwiched between the Cloud Cars and Neons. Does anyone know if we can request closer proximity to the Vipers/Prowlers?
It was great to meet all of you and I enjoyed the event! Everyone’s car looked "COOL."
