If you have a Roadster, with a windscreen, it is a great place to put the logo. As a matter of fact, it might be a good idea to order a windscreen with the logo etched. Will it be the same XFI logo ????? I've always said that would be a great place for a club logo.

 

Our members with Roadsters who have windscreens have placed the club logo there.

 

We are not sure yet, we have a couple of new designs but might keep the old one.

We were granted non-profit corporation status in the State of Delaware on September 18th and I have received the Certificate of Incorporation.

We have scheduled a board meeting for Oct 5th to complete Bylaws, subsequent Articles of Incorporation, and other business.

We will be up and running very soon.

I used to get many Nigerian scam letters. I finally E-mailed one of them and asked how he got my E-address.
He told me he got it off the Vmax owners club site. Just a tip when formatting this thing. Thanks for all the work and for the vision too. Thank you all!

 

Thanks for the tip, I'm sure it'll be discussed. I get those too and they are real annoying after awhile.

SYNOPSIS OF 10/12/2008 MEETING:

• Temporary officers have been appointed until the first membership meeting:

FP: President and Chairman of the Board
patpur: VP
Ichon: VP of Operations
acrispy1: Treasurer
rhacker382: Secretary

• Annual membership meeting will be held on Saturday. July 11th, 2009 @ 11:00 AM at the All Chrysler Nationals, Carlisle, PA
• Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws have been adopted.
• SS-4 application is approved for submittal (this must be completed before we can start enrolling members; this gets the club a Federal Tax ID#.
• Corporation will register with the DE Department of Labor as required by law following assignment of tax ID.
• Corporation will establish banking following assignment of tax ID.

NEXT SCHEDULED UPDATE:
October 21, 2008 – Membership Levels and joining info will be shared.

I have been busy with personal matters and work for a couple of months and have not been able to keep up with the board like I used to. Hopefully, things will get back to normal soon. But I gotta say this.....

I am so glad to see things moving on this. You guys are doing GREAT! And thanks to the founder, RedCross for coming back to offer any needed assistence from his end.

You all rock and I can't wait to be a member of the NEW XFI!!!

It would be a nice touch if y'all could keep the current members updated via private message. It's been a bit of a strain to scan all the board activity since my last visit each time searching for XFI news so I don't get left behind.

 

Just keep up with this thread. It's the only one we're updating.
