News of forums XFI founder, REDCROSS
I met allot of you at Carlisle in 2006 and 2007. I came up both years with this forums founder, REDCROSS. (JD Dodge) Many of you remember his red roadster with the chromed stock wheels. Bad news about JD. His wife passed away last month from cancer. They had moved to Wash. state to be closer to her family when she was diagnosed. She only lived 6 months. They were married 45 years and JD misses her alot. I know all that know JD will hope that he gets through this in one piece. Any one with access to his email please drop him a line of support. He could us it.

A sad day for this forum and club
I just received a PM from Tracey (TFS04Coupe). I'm sad to inform you all that JD (REDCROSS) lost his wife to cancer last month. They sold everything they had, (Including the SRT8 Charger he bought to replace the Crossfire) and moved to Wash. state to be close to her family. They were married for 45 years. He took it pretty hard. JD founded the Crossfire International Auto Club, and is a member of this forum.
If any of you have a way to communicate with him, please let him know that on behalf of the members here, and the members of XFi we are truly sorry to hear about his lose, and that our thoughts and prayers are with him.
May she rest in peace.

Re: News of forums founder, REDCROSS
This is indeed sad news.
I am sure JD does not have much interest in the forum anymore and especially right now but it would be good to here from him here and to let him know he has friends here who care.
JD, You have all our support here and my condolences as well.
Thanks for sharing this news with us and let him know he is missed here.

Re: News of forums founder, REDCROSS
My heart felt prayers go out to JD and Chris' families. I met JD and Chris on my first cruise in 2005 and again at the Washington Car Show in 2007. Chris was a very good and sweet person and I enjoyed having breakfast and dinner with them on these GTG's. One memory that I have was at the Ocean City Cruise in 2005 we hit one spot on a straight away where we hit some speeds as high as 130 mph and when we stopped at our next destination she gave JD a hard time about going to slow. We all had a good laugh at that. Last year I went to a Chrysler Charger Show in southern Maryland and ran into JD and he told me what was going on with Chris and he was selling everything and moving out west to Washington to be around Chris' family. The news was very hard to listen to and sad. JD if you read this post I'm very sorry for your loss and my prayers are with you and also with yours and Chris' families. God Bless, Pat

Well, what a guy who would start such a great forum thinking of others and know wonder they were married 45 yrs...I don't know him, but he must be a very generous and thoughtful person and my heartfelt condolences on the loss of his soul mate who had to have mirrored his feelings for cars and comradery.....

Tbird & I only met JD once - last year at Carlisle. Although we didn't know him very well, our hearts and prayers go out to him for his loss - 45 years, then to suddenly have your best friend, life companion and love of your life taken from you ... we cannot imagine what he must be going through right now. JD, if you read this, please know that we would gladly take away the pain you are feeling right now, but hold on to those memories, for what you had was special and should never be forgotten.

John, my heart felt condolences to you and your family. You and your lovely, departed wife were sorely missed this year. I am proud to say I know you and met your wonderful mate. She had a smile that lit up a room. God's Grace my friend. We're hear if you need to talk or type. ichon@comcast.net Chas Knight

Thank you very much for all of your kind thoughts.
Yes, life does change and sometimes it changes swiftly.
Sorry I have not responded before but I have justification...
I forgot my password after not using it in over a year. Andrew has "Hooked Me Up" with others help.
As to what happened with Dave "Sennaspirit", I have no idea. I didn't sell him anything except my stock of decals and such XFI items to carry him through until he established a source.
I just stepped aside and gave him the drivers wheel.
I really thought the Organization would have developed further rather than stagnating.
I will be talking, in depth, to FP and see if I can lend a helping hand to get it up and running again.
Don't give up.
Understand I know NOTHING about what has and has not transpired, so bare with me.
As everyone knows I no longer own a Crossfire, but I do have my eyes on a Blue SRT6. We will see what happens.
I dont plan to return back to work and if I can stretch my dollars far enough then I will be a PLAYA again!!!
Again, thanks to all.
