Default key/FOB

I have just purchased a 05 Convertible.
I LOVE it.
It came with 2 key/FOB units. they are both pretty worn. And one of them (even after FOB replacing batteries) does not work at all. The key does fit the door and Ing switch, but no response to any FOB buttons. Any Help?

Thanks, Kevin

Take the one that does not work, get in the car, close door.

Put key in ignition, do not turn key.
Press unlock or lock twice.
Within ten seconds, turn key to "ON" (not accessory, but ON, just before "START".
Turn key off, remove key.
Get out of car, close door.
Try the lock button, it should now work.

If if still won't work, inspect the interior and make sure the battery contact tab did not break off.

Chattanooga? Why are you not on the Dragon attendance list?

Yep...I know. My first year with a Crossfire and I will be working (overseas) during that time frame (plus I am in Bedford MA now).
I have driven parts of it before though....many years ago. Drove my 65 Chevy Corsa Corvair. Had a blast.

I installed an aftermarket Magna flow cat back exhaust system on my Crossfire. However the tailpipes are now hanging crooked. I have not had time to give it a look. Any suggestions?

You stated "I installed", not "I had installed"
Since YOU did the job, it should be apparent that the 3 bolt joint needs loosening a bit, tailpipe twisted straight, then tightened again.
