Fold a couple ounces of tiny steel nuts, washers, or non-jagged pieces of steel inside a terrycloth. Glue or stitch this closed - whatever is fastest. That's the inside piece used as the wiper pad. Outside, tuck a 1/4" x 1" rounded neodymium magnet (Graingers, 14.5 lb pull strength for $5.72) inside a terrycloth. Again, seal this by choice. For the "secret cleaning agent" simply use isopropyl alcohol 91% solution 32-oz (Walmart, $2.58). Walmart also has a 100% cotton 12-pack of terrycloths for $7.62. Every darn video online shows someone cleaning the outside when many times the culprit is the gunk inside the lens that causes this unsightly clouding.
