Does anyone know how to remove this part of the dash?

That part is not removed in the sticky key fix as I recall.

It's covered by the SKREEM replacement video, and is a real pain to remove without damage.

Well I thank you both “old”guys, LOL, for helping me out, I’ll keep looking for the SKREEM video, but if it’s tough to get it off I’ll just leave it in maybe paint around it, but I’m not sure yet. Also with the oil catch can, does it need to be replaced or can it be emptied out?

The oil catch can ( at least the one from Needswings ) can be emptied out.
