Default Key fob logos and hood ornament

Hello everyone!

I am trying to have a supplier make the real Chrysler key fob logos as well as the front and rear ornaments.
Guy asked me whether I had a Vernier Caliper to take exact measurements of both, as well as close up pictures.
I am not sure if someone has such a measurement tool but it would be great if someone could help with the specs of the logos! Also, my camera is broken. Would someone be able to take close ups of both key fob logo as well as front hood ornament? Maybe someone here already has taken these pictures before and could share them! Would be awesome - I appreciate it very much.

Hope everyone is having a good week and is enjoying their cars! I know after 6 years I still am enjoying mine!

Nick

Since You have posted in a SRT6 section . . . I presume You have one ,so be advised that I am not sure if the measurements are the same for an N/A Limited Edition like mine .Also . . . It is not evident to take those measurements since the gap between the logo and is support is a verry tight one .Did my best on my 2005 XF LTD Coupe with my electronic Mitutoyo caliper .Measurements where made in Metric since the car is . . . I measured them all and this is what I got :

Wheels center original caps 54 mm

Hatchback door 44 X 64 mm

Steering 13.30 X 19.50 mm

Hood 47.70 X 70.70 mm

Key fobs 15 mm

Measuremenst would be more precise if the logos where out of their support .May be someone have those measurements . Hope it help . . .

Daniel

Your best bet is to get Andrew to see if he can make them, although copyright issues may arise.
He has the sizes dead nuts, you cannot just have an oval defined by its length and width alone.
I must say the originals tend to fade pretty badly over time.

Actually... a domed key fob would probably last.. as the one's supplied by Andrew are only good for a few months before worn away. Fortunately the "replacement fob" case has the indent where the logo goes..and putting one of his in there AND filling it with tough as nails clear nail polish has finally protected it enough to last.

I did not know I posted in the SRT6 section. That is my fault!!
Appreciate you taking the time to measure for me. The key fob logo will definitely come in handy and I might just send your measurments of the badges together with a sample badge of the hood ornament to the supplier!

Thanks again for your effort. Very much appreciate!

I have heard great things about Andrew! However, I wrote him a while back about getting originals made and I don't think he wants to probably because of the copyright problematic which I totally understand!!
