Interesting day at the car show
Interesting day at the car show
I have gone to this show three of the last four year because it's close to my house they donate all the monies to the local Shriners Burn Hospital. Three years ago I won an award with my Daytona and last year I won with the Crossfire so this year I decided to take my Jeep. Good decision because I won first in my class, bad because when I pulled in there was a Crossfire SRT-6 coupe and had I taken mine we would have been next to each other. I immediately approached the gentleman and introduced myself. He bought the car from a dealer a block away from the one I purchased mine from for his wife. She drove it twice but said it had to much power and would not drive it. It currently has a little over 30,000 miles. The car looks darn near perfect right down to the still working ash tray and cup holder. The only bad spot was a small scuff on the front bumper where he hit his garage and some road rash on it as well. He plans on getting it fixed and at that point it will be excellent.

While I was giving the car the once over I noticed there was a CrossfireForum.org sticker on the rear quarter. I asked if he was ever here and his answer was no. I told him what a wonderful place this is and highly suggested he stop by, join sand introduced him self. As we were leaving I mentioned that we are trying to get a group together to attend the Shiner Pride Car Show in Rising Sun Indiana on July 6th. If oledoc is still planning on coming along with my self it could be three. He seemed like he was all for the idea. That may have been because he just won third place in his class. This is coming up soon so any one in the Cincinnati/Louisville/Indianapolis megaplex go here https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...rossfires.html and get in on this.
