What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Dummy me read the operator book and found it's supposed to lock 40 seconds after you unlock if you don't put key in, reconnected radio shack beeper and I am in business!
I usually keep it unlocked and keys in console with cover on it, came home yesterday after a week took car cover off car was UN locked as usual and keys were in the cup holder I don't know why it has not locked before but I won't put them inside anymore!
Thanks everyone put me on your crossfire for dummy's list

I'm thinking my car picks up a signal from somewhere else somehow and locks itself.

Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Went to a charity car show in Pell City, Alabama.
Got parked between a immaculate '59 Austin Healey bug-eyed Sprite and a 64 1/2 Mustang convertible, also immaculate.
3 red convertibles in a row, showing 3 completely different concepts of a sports convertible.
The Sprite got all the attention ......
Did meet 2 Crossfire owners that were unaware of this forum, they both said they would join.

New valve stem caps
Steering wheel cover
Cleaned all rubber and treated
Wanted to ride today but storms kept her under the covers, may mount GPS as I saw in a post with a great idea on bracket hanging over glove box without altering car!
Just need to decide on how to wire it so it looks good
Come on spring

and plug the GPS cord into that. ( shell to ground, center contact to 12V )
It will come on with the key, and go off when the ignition is turned off.
That way, you don't need to modify the standard GPS power cord.
Hide it all up behind the glove box.

You can splice in a female cigarette lighter socket to the glove box light ( it's common to the cigarette lighter socket in the console )
and plug the GPS cord into that. ( shell to ground, center contact to 12V )

Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
No lighter drawing power and the amperage in that wire will be what you have plugged in and powered up.
Of course I could have my leads crossed on my thoughts here.
Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Cleared a spot in Dad's garage and put Crumpy's SRT away for the winter.
Mine gets new shoes next week cause the track tires are crap in the snow and rain. Just the 19's on the rear. Yeah, the expensive ones.
Likely going Hancooks.
