I tried to jump it and nothing, so I disconnected the negative post waited 45 seconds reconnected the battery post and she started.

I drove around no lights on dash so no codes, took the top up and down turned on air nothing like a week battery would act like, but not sure about these cars.

The mystery was the FOB was dead, could the alarm system lock the car down, if so what would do this?

Sad, I have been sick for a few weeks, weathers been bad now its 82 degrees and she is sitting in the garage!

I am gun shy, I know someone has had this issue and if you can steer me in the right direction I would appreciate it, also I did the sticky key fix the first week I owned the car so I ruled that out.

HELP!

PLEASE HELP ME
Do not blame the fob, it is only a remote for the locks. It also holds a chip that will allow the car to start when it is close to the halo ring around the ignition key hole. That chip has not been a problem in any query on this forum in my time.

If when you say nothing you mean the engine is not turned over by the starter motor then I would say it is probably the RCM problem. See the relay control mystery no start thread.
Or the video on the problem in another car.

I have to figure out how to reply, re-soldered board, tested battery all good, when I tried to start no starter activity all electrical in dash worked no codes and both fobs were dead, I took the negative post off reconnected and she started!

Still puzzled unless the solder connection was so small I could not see it, what about the security system?

Had the magna flow I bought from a forum member installed today. I love it!!!!! It also seems to have a bit more power. It spins the tires easier. Here are some pics from the install.

Clayed it top to bottom, even removed the rocker panels.
Good coat of fresh wax after the claybar, ready for the car show tomorrow.

I had my rockers off once when I was really keen, cleaned up the insides and the tar, a bit silly really as it was a black car. Amazing how much crap was on the insides though.
No more removal though as its a pain in the RS.

Cleaned her up and put a coat of water repellant on my convertible top, thanks Pizzaguy the product you recommended went on well I used a sponge to spread it!

Installed the remote alarm and I did something wrong' car would lock on its own two to three minutes after I unlocked her, but the chirp worked when I locked and unlocked and I checked wiring three times neg on 86 and the radio shack alarm recommended I took it out and she works fine now!

Detailed her and I'm ready to order some brakes!

Any recommendations that on pads? Something I can buy from one of the parts houses?

You say you attached to 86, what is the other wire attached to?
I have had occasions when I found the car locked, I had not locked it and the keys were hung up on the wall. I found it when I went to get something out of the car. I always dismissed it as a strange event and forgot about it.
The cars name is Christine, but she is not red.
Cue the weird music.

500 Mile weekend road trip to Iowa and back for a friends 50th Birthday.
He had never ridden in or seen my Crossfire other than in all my pics.
Gave him a 130mph ride on a back road in western Iowa.
Yes ....he lived to tell about it and will be 51 next year....lol
