We cleaned her all up and took her to a small local car show..

But the "Classs Competition" was a little steep.. Wife did leave smiling with all the comments and compliments on her! And at least won a door prize.. Armor All car care kit..

I also went to a show today that was more like a cruise . Took place from 4-7 pm like a cruise but they had Top 10 awards plus three special awards and a Best of Show. Didn't bring home any hardware but talked to a lot of great people two of which owned Crossfire Coupes. Told them about the site, maybe they will sign up.

Mrmiata/xjken - NICE! I hope the new roadster is treating you well Mrmiata.

No shows this weekend for me, but Natascha got the full detail treatment and oil change this weekend. I started with headlights, then a clay bar, polish, glaze, and wax...

One of these days I'm going to have to get serious about a complete spit shine! Looking sweet.

Roadster is not my friend right now.. Has caused a bunch of "HoneyDoo's" to be put on the list.. LOL.

It's all good.. Sherri absolutely loves it, so it's all worth it..

I can certainly think of worse "Honey Doo" lists.

LOL.. speaking of your world.. How long would it take you to put her "CROSSFIRE" letters on the rear center brake.. Sherri would be your bestest friend for that..

Did find an advantage last night.. with my new wheels.. those billit lower grills would go good.. she likes the stainless mesh on mine.. Billets on the way from Ebay..

And I agree.. it's time to see about a Sunday lunch and cruise we talked about! Maybe Joe can get me a copy of the TMS video by then.. LOL.

Decided to replace my cabin air filter today, went to the "how to" on the forum, looked pretty easy peasy....dropped the cover and WHAAATT?!?! No filter!! When I was putting the cover back on, I had a bear of a time lining up the grooves on the cover with the filter compartment. Anywhooo...it's got a filter now.

I always find that I need to be a contortionist when trying to replace the filter. It is certainly not in the easiest spot to access.

Hey MrMiata, it takes about an hour or so to do that with the letters. The time consummer is trimming all the excess red tape from around the letters before applying them.

Whose video are you reffering to? I've got an ok vid, not shot on a Hero3 like Evans...

Lets pick a Sunday, meet kind of early, do the letters, then take a spin and go for lunch or vice versa...

JoeJett.. had a gopro mounted on his hood and was behind me.. Guess he's waiting on a cash offer for a copy.. LOL.

How would Sunday after this one fit in your schedule? Weather permitting..

Not sure when JoeJett was hitting the road again.. Check your PM messages..

Wash-n-wax, installed lower grille pieces (painted 'em black wrinkle paint)

Today is my two year anniversary for being a Crossfire owner. I've put 10,900 miles on her. Still have that obsessive relationship with her.

I haven't seen aftermarket wheels ( I assume they are not Chrysler, I am new to the brand and the x-fire) that I would even consider until now. Those look amazing against the white. I wonder how they would look on burgundy.

I just uploaded Eurocharged Flash tune on my 2005 roadster six speed. I had to right click the icon to sign on as administrator to get it to work but after that the install went fairly smooth. Support was quick and consice. I got my software e-mailed to me the morning after I sent my stock info. Car gets stronger every drive! So far so good. I plan to run some logs today, anyone that can chime in with advice it will be much appreciated. I know that Eurocharged has a fourm and I apoligize if I have posted in the wrong fourm. Im just excited about new found power and the features. I plan to do exhaust, suspension, then maybe an intake & throttle body. Car feels and sounds strong with the tune only. Feel free to pm me with what to put and what not to put on my newly found joy. Vendors welcome......

Thanks, in advance, to that veteran here that take me under their wing!
