What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Finally ditched the crappy base speakers and installed some Polk DXi 6500 components. Install was a pain at first, but i got it looking like it came from the factory. They sound freaking sweet!

Changed my air filters from who ever put Frams in ( dirty as hell) to K&N's. She coughed ran like crap for about a minute then the computer must have reset and now runs like a top. What a difference getting some air makes!!! Lol !!! Oh, changed the one on my bagger to a K&N and now she runs like a top too!!! Also put red LED's in my map lights. Now I need the sticky on how to turn them on when the ignition switch is off... Can some one help a brother out lol...( just wondering... Do women call Their cars he or is it still she???) oh!!! And the K&N's were a "tight fit" so make sure you get them in all the way! Careful!!!

Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
I had an idea a while back and decided to "get on it". I had to pull the airboxes off to make measurements and see how much room I have to play with. While I am at it, The airbox is being painted SSB to match the car and freshen up the look and a set of AEM dry filters installed (I hate doing the cleaning and the oiling of the K&N).
As soon as I have an extra set of hands I will be placing the factory hood back on the car also for taking measurements and locations of "things" (No I am not putting in vents)
