My girlfriend's son and his fiance live in Michigan. We would able to see them and attend the cruise.
It looks like a lot of fun!

When my 2004 crossfire got caught in a hailstorm, it got 87 dings all over the car surface. It also took out a 2 x 2 section of the rear passenger tail light. GEICO totaled the car and gave me a check for $7,500.
…….the hailstorm damage was repaired by elite dent repair, a national company that came to Farmington, New York with about 15 trucks and same number of employees. They’re out of Florida and respond to all hail damage storms within hours or days depending on the distance. The repair bill was 4,500.
The broken lens was solved by a 3M product for lens repair for 10 bucks……. the red in the repair kit is the exact same tone of red as on the Rear tail light.
anyone who has a crack or missing section of the rear tail light might take a look at this product instead of spending 200 bucks on a lens coming out of a junkyard !
the damage to the taillight is the upper right. The line you see is the repair film applied over the hole.
best of luck

Today I took Svengoolie to a car show at the Universal Technical Institute in Bloomfield, New Jersey.
There were about 150 cars that showed up. The grand prize winner was an Opel GT. I think it was a 1970.
The weather was great and it was a lot of fun.
Svengoolie got a lot of compliments and questions.
The show winner was the yellow Opel GT
There were quite a few VWs at the show.
I haven't seen a Dodge Demon in years! This one had a 225 Slant Six engine.

Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
I saw 2 other Crossfires today and I was wondering if it's any body from the forum?
We took my roadster out for a nice drive up to Montague, NJ again. Of course it rained right after we started out and only got worse on the way.
The sky cleared and we cruised up route 80 at a "nice rate" of speed. When we got up to Montague we were on Clove Road heading to the Post Office.
I saw a blue roadster heading towards route 206 and a blue coupe drove past the car show at the post office parking lot on Clove Road.
This was between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm on September 1st.

Hi, I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who contributed to this forum.
I just bought a Crossfire and this forum has been a great help.
Today I took my car to get petrol and realised due to the fact I disconnected the vacuum pump due to it being damaged and quite expensive to replace, I realised I couldn't get the petrol cap open....rookie error😐
So I tried to clean the soft top and restore the headlights...first attempt so please don't be too harsh.
Thanks again

In the first picture the top looks like it's separating from the fabric or at the very least has been glued back in. Had I only seen the first picture of the top, I would have said it's overtime to get a new top put on but if the window is still holding up you might get a little bit more lifetime out of it. If in fact the top was glued, I'd still consider saving up for a new top ($800 shipped from England) as I have yet to find one, who successfully glued in a window in a roadster and didn't come back weeks, months later to say it is coming apart again and opted for a new top.
My concern when I hear vacuum pump is that water got into your trunk, hence my questions whether the window is leaking and therefore has been glued in. That's usually how the damage happens, people wait too long, window starts slowly separating and water gets into the trunk, under the carpet and floods the compartment where the vacuum pump is located leading to all kinds of funky problems from keys not working to other problems.

I was reviewing the COPART website for Branded Titled SRT6's and found this "Custom Painted" Crossfire, what a beauty!
Thankfully it made it to this yard....
