I ordered new muffler hangers from Rob at Needswings and installed them today
One of mine broke while in Eureka Springs with the others a few weeks ago

You say you polished the stock TB, that is the 112 part. I am assuming you meant the 113 TB was polished in which case if you forced the throttle plate open to get at the inside bore you may have damaged the throttle position sensor.
The 113 tb is completely stock. It’s possible it was forced open before I got my hands on it, as it is a used part. I polished the v6 112 part, which is now back in the car with the stock MAF housing, and the car runs nicely again. I believe the issue was the eBay MAF housing not sealing properly, because the car did not run well with the larger MAF and stock, polished 112 TB. I didn’t have the security torx, so I did the change in stages, and was able to see how the car ran with different combinations of parts:

113 TB+113 MAF housing= Symptoms of a vacuum leak, seemingly decent WOT performance once, slow throttle response.

112 TB (polished) + 113 MAF housing- same as above with sharper throttle response

112 TB (polished) + 112 OEM MAF housing - runs well.

So I think my next step is to give it a shot with a used OEM 113 MAF Housing.

A flat head screwdriver with a small slot to clear the post in the security Torz does the job. Using the 112 MAF sensor worked from the moment I switched on the car.

Good tip. I have a set, just didn’t have it at the time as my brother was using them for his Mercedes.

And I’m referring to the housing, not the sensor. I’ve been using the OEM sensor in all scenarios.

changed out the fuel filter, and finished up the front end Camber bolt project. I had already done the back lower bolts on the A arm. today I did the front lower pair, and fixed a mistake I made on the passenger side. how I managed to put one of the batwing washers in wrong side out I don't have a clue, but I did.
The control arms didn't want to move in at first, had to persuade them with a piece of Cherry wood I have dry aging, and a 5lb sledge. (actually I just kicked the first one with my foot.)

in the end MY STEERING WHEEL IS STRAIGHT! the car rolls straight down the road, and the Camber should stop ruining tires so fast.

a couple things I noticed to add to my knowledge of this cars history.
lower control arm was replaced due to a wreck, and I can now add the center steering link was replaced.
whatever supposed Good Body shop worked on it did a quick slick and shoved it out the door.

They not only reused bent bolts, one of them was missing a Washer.

I sent my Crossfire off to live in Texas. Jim Davis just became the happy owner. Goodbye to all the friends I have made over the years.

I did the mod on my Roadster that I had on my Coupe -
I recently bought My Roadster and I didn't like the sound of the stereo and I figured it's because it didn't have this mod such as I had done in my Coupe years ago from the information in this thread >>Biggest stereo bang for the buck mod
So when I went to install my capacitors I found these in there already.
The previous owner had put them in.
The ones in there were the ones in black shown here below which are 330UF 100V
The ones I installed are the small blue ones which are 220UF 25V and it sounds much better

A cleaner crisp sound from the doors and about the same nice kick from the base speakers behind my seats
Same way it sounded in my Coupe with the 220uf / 25v capacitors

Checked all fluid levels, tire pressures, washed and waxed car. Fueled up and set out on road trip. 1700 miles, 3 days, Alberta to Arizona, top down all the way. Car ran great, 80 mph+ all day long. Parked it in the garage next to my old toy!

Tore my driver side pull handle off to find that there is no replacement any longer stocked. BUT the write up on this site saved the day once again making it stronger than a new one.

I've owned my Crossfire for only 24 hours. It has been raining ever since. Oh well, cant get plates until tomorrow anyway plus it has given me the chance to read through the manual and get acquainted with what this car is all about. I did spend about an hour out in the garage starting the process of getting this car cleaned up. There is 12 years worth of grime, grease and oil all over the engine bay to deal with. Still researching what to use on the interior leather. I read today about mixing Woolite and water to clean the leather. Any thoughts on that?
Oh I did do one very important thing. I got the exhaust tips cleaned up. Still need to get a good wax on them but they look 100 times better already.

I drove another 300 miles on my courier route.
I drive @ a steady 76mph, I'm not in a hurry.
I watch my mirrors to get out of the way of ID10T's that think its a Race.
Heck, I change lanes to let them through. have even pulled to the shoulder on 2 lanes with limited passing just to get ID10Ts off my ****.

what I find funny is how far back they fall on the on/off ramps.

Picked up our new baby. A quick 320 kilometre drive home. Looks like it just came out of the showroom. Except for where they have painted black to cover the pink contrast's of a previous owner.
