What did you do to your Crossfire today?

Aircraft firewall material hood liner insulation pad for Mustang, Corvette, Jaguar, many other cars
Nice material (a medium-density rubbery foam), nice price, a bit of a pain to install (hood removal). If you go this route, just PM me for pointers.
The Crossfire has the easiest hood to remove and re-install I've ever seen.
No noticeable change in ambient sound level. My OEM hoodliner didn't react well to being washed. The wife commented that it was the dirtiest thing under my hood, so she had the kids get it for me for Xmas!
Or should I make a thread for install? Too late for pictures, sorry!

It's a future project for me. Just got the XF! Does it quiet the road noise?

What is the process, the solution used (if any), the results? Do you have before and after photos?
I've wanted to do my Avalanche for some time now but I'm concerned about damage to wiring, computers etc. etc.

I was home sick so the crossfire stayed home too, however I did visit the forum and found some info about the mb 74mm throttle body. I got really excited about getting one but they were kinda pricey. I was directed by ONE HUNDRED 80 to Potomac...they have the throttle body and the MAF for $140 including shipping. Now I wait for the UPS dude...I'm gettin a pretty long to-do list

I have had to leave my NA on the driveway, replaced by the new garage queen. The former garage queen looks quite forlorn when she's covered in snow.
I fiddled around trying to get a good seal around the panel that the wing mounts to. It leaked a little and I am trying to improve the OEM seal, it's not easy.
I am not about to use silicone on it as that would make it extremely hard to remove and if it does not drain you are inviting rust to appear.
The old seal can allow too much water to sit behind the panel, no rust yet but once it starts to rust .........
