If my dad had taken care of it the way you guys do then I would not feel that way. Oh well. Have a good day guys.
Unless you bought the car from your dad (actually gave him some $) I'd go easy on the Old Man.

Hi Ghost,

That's a great idea! Do you have a link to the flasher? I am thinking about putting one in my roadster.

Thanks

I posted my install here ( https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...val-guide.html ). The link I used is in the post (Check here Flash Strobe Controller Flasher Module for LED Brake Stop Light Lamp T1K | eBay? ). Detailed instructions are in post number 19, and I did apologise for hijacking the post. If you shop around after finding stuff on ebay, you may find stuff much cheaper! Have fun!.

Did the sticky key mod, replaced the seat relay while I was in there.
Changed the cabin filter and installed a Sprint Booster.

The power seats were working sporadically, or not at all. Relay was easy once the dash was taken apart, sticky key fix was easy also following the how to.

Car show season is winding down in these parts and I was hoping to get the crossfire to two shows this weekend. It was cloudy ,damp and misty all most all day on Saturday so I took the Jeep to that one. Today on the other hand was a lot better so I took the Crossfire for just the fifth time this season. Actually this one turned out to be more of a cruise in than a show and they only had 4 awards. Turned out to be a pretty good time, free registration, and free food and drinks. Only about 40 vehicles in the show area but, cars were coming and going through out the day. I stayed till about 2:30, my XF is nice and all but top 4 nice, no way. The rest of my day was better spent driving.

I bombed it.........

Yup that's right
The Meguiars Odor Eliminator Car Bomb

Thanks to the other thread Waldig started a couple months back I stopped and picked up a can of this stuff at Walmart for about $7

I bombed mine today and the new scent is great
Even the fresh scent is now even coming through the vents
It's easy to use....
Just start the car, close the windows, set the **** to all vent directions, Press the A/C button, press the recirculate button and turn the fan blower to high.
Set the can of Meguiars odor eliminator between the seats and be sure it is secure so it will not tip over
Press the trigger on top to start the bomb and shut the doors for 15 minutes

Once 15 minutes have passed shut off the car and open the windows and doors and the hatch if ya have a Coupe
Let it sit for about another 15 minutes before you get in and drive anywhere.

I will report back in a few weeks after I come back from my trip to the Tail of the Dragon in NC to let you know if it has lasting effects or not.

My fingers are crossed for you, but I'm sure that will be the fix.

Finally had a day of sunshine on Wednesday. We've had rain continuously since 09/24. And more rain expected starting today from various storm fronts, including Hurricane Joaquin this coming weekend. So with the sun out yesterday, the Coupe was calling me to go for spin. I couldn't help myself!

Later,

Coupe is probably going to need new tires in near future (still have original Conti's on her. Only 18k on the tires!). Thinking about having a set of the Sumitomo HTR P02s installed. Less than $500 for a set from Tire Rack. Reviews are mostly positive.
