Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
This was on the weekend but I ordered part#70769 and #71769 from H&R.
It was either go to All Chrysler Nationals in Carlisle, PA ... or ... get those 2 parts and still attend a local GTG with wonderful crossfire owners...
Both options would have cost the same at the end of the weekend so that was not the deciding factor.
Should be at the store before next weekend!!!

Val,
Wouldn't that cause a heat concern?

My initial thoughts were the same but...........
I have read through many threads here on this subject and a lot of owners have removed it
As a matter of fact the base models did not even have them installed
Only real purpose for the insulation is to provide a sound barrier to quiet the engine sound outside the car

That's looking GREAT Red Runner . . . Suggest you might use this to "black out" that center support behind the grille . . .

Installed my Lamin-X redout vinyl taillight overlays. They're more tedious to install than one might think but with the help of y girlfriend we were able to knock them out in about 15 minutes. A few small bubbles here and there but nothing too major.

Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Tires on the roadster we bought a few weeks ago are almost 7 years old, they rumble at low speeds, are hard and tramline terribly. Took the car in for a new set of Falcon 950 all season sport tires. The difference in the drivability was night and day. Bought a new steering stabilizer and want to get it installed and have an alignment done but the tires alone made a huge difference. Not sure yet if I like them better than the Hankooks on the coupe but am quite impressed so far.
