Okay, for the 'splaining . . .
Shift ****--wow, I had never really paid attention myself. It sure looks as if I had unscrewed it or something, but I assure you it's there. It must be a fantastic trick of perspective or lighting or ghosts in the camera. I just had to go down to the garage (twice) to look myself. If you look carefully you can see the ring around the bottom of the **** and the curve sweeping around to the left is the back side of the ****. Really.
As for my sweetie, I took this picture on Valentine's Day as we were arriving at a nice restaurant in Lexington, KY. I'm still amazed that I managed to marry up this far.
She is actually 60 years old, and a retired college math professor, no less. If you would like to see her in action with her hobby of cooking, go to youtube and do a search for bettyskitchen (spelled that way). She has about 150 vids posted of her cooking out her best recipes. Coming from a farm in KY, she specializes in southern cooking, but does some other stuff, too. Since she started this project back in January, I have gained about 15 pounds.
I'll get some more pictures up when I get the car as clean as I would like.

Actually, those pics were taken a few weeks after I stopped by your place. I really need to stop by and pay my sister a visit but I've been traveling so much lately I've been away more than I've been home. I'm actually leaving today to California but I'll be back on Friday so I may just stop by my sister's house this weekend. I'll let you know if I'm in the area. Sorry I missed the GTG at Mt. Dora. Maybe someday I'll be able to make a trip to a GTG.
